PINK DESSERTS 2016 #PINKDESSERTADDICT

The sweetest charitable event in town Pink Desserts is coming again this year with new surprises! From September to November, customers can order Pink Desserts or designated products at participating merchants during the event period,  where full of or part of the sale proceeds will go to the Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry (“THE REGISTRY”) for charitable work to finance the underserved high risk families to access free genetic testing, counseling services and preventative measures. Funds raised will also help us support clinical research to reduce the incidence of hereditary cancers in the Chinese community.

Dessert, a word putting “Stressed” into reverse, has always been a success potion for happiness. We are grateful to appoint the all-rounded celebrity with a sweet smile Ms. Cherry Nganas our Pink Desserts 2016 Ambassador, together with our officiating guests, Chairman of THE REGISTRY Dr. Ava Kwong and TLC Ambassador Mr. Enrico Kwong at the Kick off Ceremony on 24^th August to officiate this sweet and meaningful quarter-long Campaign.

This year, we will continue with our dessert polling session where you are cordially invited to taste the desserts specially prepared by our guests and giving out ‘Likes’ for your favorite dessert. All ‘Likes’ will be counted on site and the participating restaurant that has the most ‘Likes’ at the end of the session will be presented with the ‘Media Best of Pink Desserts Award 2016’.

Other supporters can participate in our Facebook giveaways jointly organized with Title Sponsor Häagen-Dazs™ and Official Online Media Partner DayDayCook. In view of the increasing interests in Sugar Art desserts, we organize our first Pink Desserts Sugar Art Exhibition which will be held from 1^st to 4^th September. Thanks to Prestigious and Venue Sponsor THE ONE, we are able to provide a platform for Sugar Art artisans in showcasing their creative masterpiece in order to raise awareness of hereditary cancers and encourage cancer patients to live a positive life.
